I still have the clients made by Graphictoria. Graphictoria did just that by hosting using old clients made from Roblox. Lots of people liked the idea. The only reason Graphictoria got shut down was due to using Roblox assets like hats, gear, faces and such. If Roblox officially supported this, then it would be like what Minecraft is doing right now. It would have "vanilla-like" feelings to it. The only thing I would want the old clients to have is the same moderation system like the current Roblox has. And also, the same hacking security the current Roblox player has. This would be great
