-Expectations of Trainees-
It is expected of every trainee to use proper grammar at all times while at any Dunkin' Donuts facility, including the cafe and Training Center. Trainees should be using the recipe guide* to learn how to make drinks. If there is any confusion while attempting to make a drink, ask a Head Barista for help! It is good training for them, and they will be more than happy to assist. You should greet people that come up to your register with maturity and confidence, and do so using CTRL+V to paste it into the ROBLOX chatbar. (COMMAND+V for Mac Users)

In order to obtain promotions, you must attend training sessions. The scores, procedure, and rules for trainings are listed in the training guide**. Simply being active and working behind the counter will get you promoted in a timely manner. On the contrary, asking HRs for promotions will hurt your chances of rising up through the ranks beyond HB, and annoying MRs & HRs won’t get you any promotions and may result in warning or demotion if done constantly.
