This handbook will cover all subjects that are to be included in a standard army training- with no particular order. The following information helps avoid drills or activities that could potentially be useless to the trainees, while teaching the officers how to execute proper training procedures. This training formula is designed to hone the skills of rankers- ranging from capabilities during combat, to exercising discipline. The ranks of recruit and up are very much encouraged to refer to this guideline, as it presents many useful lessons to everyone in the empire. Trainings should not last more than an hour. Every drill should be reviewed in an efficient and timely manner, because not everyone has time to commit a full hour for one training. Officers should refrain from any shenanigans while a training is in session, and should anyone fool around- demotion may follow. For a training to be official, it MUST be shouted. No exceptions. (By official training, it means that the trainer plans to hand out promotions and/or recommendations to the trainees.) [NOTICE: This manual may not apply to other vassals of the Sarranid Sultanate. The individuals leading their vassals may train their men however they see fit, or create their own manual.] ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ஜ۩†۩ஜ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ (For information on how to perform these drills see 'Handbook’ in the group description) -Faces (5 mins)- The first drill is mainly just a warm up. Several faces and some inclines should be given to the trainees during this chunk of the training. Remember that each turn should be done quickly and accurately. -Formations (10 mins)- If not very effective during ROBLOX battles, it certainly tests the soldiers’ abilities to communicate and work together. In the handbook, many formations are listed which can be utilized during this part. Each one should be reviewed to the trainees. -Movement Drills (15 mins)- In other words, this is a drill for battling. Anything that includes forming, positioning, and marching are to be included here. When forming up, it must be performed quickly (Especially during a real case scenario- You’d want to form up faster than the enemy.) Speed and accuracy is the key to moving efficiently on the field. Repeatedly make the trainees form up,move out, flank, retreat and/or charge. Act like you would in an actual real battle, where there is no time for waiting. A recommended way to do this drill is by setting up clones all throughout the map (Almost like a training course) and lead the line through it, shooting the clones. -Sword Fighting (15 mins)- Review of close-quarter combat should not just consist of a small tournament. Though it is a good way to practice; but giving the rankers helpful tips and advice on fighting is also very effective. After all, what is our army if we barely can kill in melee? Sword fighting should be reviewed first, and then the tournament can be held so the trainees can apply what they learned. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ஜ۩†۩ஜ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ -Weaponry Information- While you spend your time in the army, you will need to learn the in’s and out’s to your weaponry. Here is some useful information you will want to know. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ஜ۩†۩ஜ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ -Sword Commands- I. Draw Sword - Present your Sword II. Sheath Sword - Unequip your Sword III.
