Hello. I have recently purchased the robux currency using an iTunes card on my mobile device. I bought 1,450 robux, and I assumed if I use the same account on a PC it will transfer, since I use PC much more often, but you cannot buy robux with a iTunes card on a PC. I seeked my profile to see that the robux did actually go to my account, and, I got very frustrated to see that it did not come to my account. I signed out and signed back in just to make sure it wasn't just a minor bug, but that did not work at all. Still at the amount I had before purchase. I went to my computer, the platform I am using to type this right now, to seek help on the forums and just online. I found no help whatsoever from the forums already posted, because it was in 2012, at least the one I looked at. I couldn't find any recent ones about purchasing issues, so I posted this here. Hopefully it's just a bug and it will come sometime soon, if not, I will have to contact ROBLOX somehow in some way, but, it would be much better if someone could give me support here on the forums. It would be much appreciated if someone could lend me some advice to have my purchase come through to my account. Thank you for any help that is given! |
