Flaminquo: sorry flam, but I have the most to say about you. I like you, I do, but the way you run things is, well... not the best. I understand how you might get frustrated when things aren't getting done, seriously, I know how it is. But I should NEVER see some people who were being honorable get treated with anger. I know I said that they shouldn't be punished, and that's kind of what I meant, but not really. You're super active, and that's great. I would just stop getting so frustrated at what doesn't happen, and stop trying to do everything yourself. This is a great place to be, and one person never does well at running the show (again speaking from experience)
