My avatar is only letting me wear 2 "hats" and 1 "hair" its not allowing me to wear 2 "hairs"

Why was I always allowed to wear 2 "hairs" before the update and why do multiple people on my friends list still wear 2 "hairs" and 1 "hat"

I know you are upset about the fact you can't wear 2 hairs. But think.. You can wear up to like 10 accessories.
