If you are trying to change someones account birth date, You will need to
1.Click the cog on the right top of the page.
2.Click settings under the cogs.
3.There will be a birthday thing under personal, where you can edit the birth dates.
4. Once you are done changing the birth date, click save.
If you are trying to trade with someone, They will need BC/TBC/OBC and you would need BC/TBC/OBC. Which is in Upgrade Now.
