I think this because a lot of people are making faces and hats and there really good and it would be amazing if then can create it! and make there own thing we can make shirts and pants we would be allowed to make hats and faces that would be amazing! let's try and do they for all the people out there who agree with me.

Isn't UGC being released in 2017? I read somewhere (it was definitely from a reputable source) that we will be able to create our own hats, etc to make our avatars more unique in 2017.
