Even though its such a controversial topic, I have to agree fully with the OP. If ANY change is to occur, then just allow players to change their characters gender whenever they want (if this is not already a thing, being able to change their #### #### meshes). NOTHING else should be done. |

First of all, tl;dr. Second of all, if anything should happen, ROBLOX (if not, every website) should remove the gender option all together. We are all humans, there's no point in getting into an argument of what 'gender' you think you are. In the end, it doesn't matter. We live, we die. Don't waste your life on this.

It's not about them calling themselves whatever they want. It's about them trying to receive benefits for being "different" than others. Like they want a bathroom for themselves! And they are offended when they see Male/Female bathrooms only! Do you really think their behavior is normal?
The world has freedom, and you can express and exploit that freedom however you want, however if you alter it in any form or shape you are just trying to be considered special in society and thus will be rejected by such society.
Expressing yourself as a different gender does not make you above any other gender. This is why we only have 2 genders, every other gender according to science is non-existent. If there are more than 2 genders however, they will be considered genetic mistakes. Because it is not normal, but not normal does not mean you should go around bragging about how different you are and trying to receive more rights than others.

If I FEEL like the CEO of Walmart, does that make me the CEO of Walmart? If I FEEL like I'm Obama, does the US military have to listen when I tell them to start dropping nukes?
No, your feelings are irrelevant in the real world and ROBLOX developers should work on improving the game instead of catering to a bunch of people who want to be part of an imaginary minority. |

In all seriousness, SUPPORT. People are born with a gender. The only reason Roblox uses the word 'gender' on account creation is because the alternative is a bit too strong for the younger, more inquisitive portion of players.
Say you're transgender. So what? Who needs to know? If you want to have a male robloxian that acts like a female, or vice versa, go ahead. Surely you'd want to use the opposite gender, though?
Also, last I checked, robloxians are asexual, so why would gender matter at all? It doesn't.
I'm not saying that there are two genders, MANY se###########nd people that feel they are born in the wrong body.
You don't get born in the wrong body, you get pressured to act certain ways by society. I would say this happens almost exclusively to men. Women are allowed to wear or do anything a man does, but a man can't do that without being called 'unmanly' or 'sissy'
I give my full support. Roblox needs only the two genders. |
