-Rules-
1. If you're part of the Rain village, you cannot join any other clan, village, etc. except the Akatsuki.
2.If you leave the Rain or Akatsuki to join another clan, it will lead to (blacklist or bingo-book)
3.Do not free rank or you will get a Demotion or worse, Hr Removal
4.LRs shall respect the HRs
5.Only HRs can host exams. Most likely Jonin, Jonin Sensei, Council and above.

-HR Hosting Guide and Rules-
1. You will get demotion for making unmeaning less shouts.
2. You need to make it clear that you are hosting an exam before an hour
3. Not everyone is to pass, this is a strict rule in hosting. You need to follow the hosting guide.
-LR RANKS-
Academy- They must get 3 questions right and sword duel
Ninja in Training- They must get 6 questions right and perform 4 jutsus in their primary element and 4 jutsus in their secondary element + sword duel
Genin- They must get 9 questions right and jutsu duel
Chunin- They must perform all the jutsus in their Primary and Secondary and do Jutsu Duel and Sword duel
Special Jonin- Perform all the jutsus you can do, that includes your Special abilites and fight a Jonin in a Sword Duel and Jutsu Duel.
-HR RANKS-
Jonin- Fight 2 Special Jonin in a jutsu duel and sword duel.
Jonin Sensei- Send in an application an application and arrange a team that consist 3 Chunin or Genin members.
Council- You must send an application that is different for the Jonin Sensei. The application must contain your experiences as an HR before and why you want to take this rank. It should be an amazing application. Council members can only last to 6 members only.
