my friend said that u cant get the bloxxer badge if u have more wipouts than kills wen u hav 250 kills and after that u can never get it is that true? |

Sometimes if you go into a place and shoot someone (the same person) repeadly for like 250 times or so, you will only get 1 KO or so. You won't get 250 KO's for killing the same person in one place all at one time. |

Unfortunately, yes once you've passed 250 KO's, you cannot earn the Bloxxer badge. |
