Stop using the 'Smile' face on headrows

Remember when ROBLOX changed the default face to it and how much the community hated it- to the extent Roblox had to change it to a less hideous one? because the old smile face's mouth looks like it was drawn on with an extra large sharpie and the old smile face is lower quality, its only use is to make a retro roblox outfit
