Well, I really think it is my time to retire from DDPS, although I am only a few days in on being an Deputy Director, here are a few reasons on why I am retiring.
- First of all, new term is coming, and according to the speech of the Governor Candidates, DDPS is getting change to another department, so yeah. And I don’t want to wait anymore to be away from this department and out of the confusing parts.
- Second of all, I have other departments to care about, I recently got Adviser in Docklands Homeland Security. I want to put all my attentions into it.
- Third of all, I really can’t stand people saying that I get the role just for “power”. I mean, if you really think of me that way, I won’t say anything but resign from my current role and leave the department. And if you really think that I am no use to the department, get me off the department. I won’t point fingers on who said some stuff to me ( actually us including Umillid ), that actually will affect me in real life. I take my role seriously, I am planning and writing out on how I am going to change the department. I tried my best to rush out the forum but, since I am facing this kind of hurt which will affect me in real life, I will just give it up and focus on another department.
- Fourth,
I can’t stand it when people say I am doing it for nothing, which means I am doing it for fake, I am just faking it out, well if you think of me that way, than the best thing to do is, me getting out of the department. I hope this meets your requirement.
Side note to my Supporters who supported me,
I do not want to give up on my current role, but with someone who disagree and affect me in real life, I can’t work with them, never. I know I have pledge and promised to change the department. But, if this kind of attitude is coming from a (HR) whose rank is higher than me, I can’t accept it, and what can I do? Easy, leave the department with a resignation letter and blessings. I hope you all understand and will support my decision and not criticise me. Thank you.
Note to my fellow work – partner and people who I have worked with or people who supported me in real life to pursue my dream,
I know the moment I start to post this up I will be immediately criticised by a whole lot of people, but what can I do? Nothing. I want to personally thank you and apologise for what I am doing now. I hope you understand me as well. As for Umillid, I hope you will carry the department on your shoulders and continue to strive for the best. As for me, I will be supporting you no matter what. Make your dreams come true and make it the best memory you have. Thank you once again, may God bless you.
I have not implemented some stuff that I have planned for the department yet, but I have already added in the base layer and I hope the other (HR)s will carry it on and make it successful. God Bless, peace.

Me fired ? He didn't complete his assignment for deputy director for so long. and I just told him to pay attention and he goes like this..I apologised later and he acted like he is the only one here working. I tried to explain him and just for reading 3 paragraphs " Jason should be fired" Do you realise it took me almost one year to get director I wrote about 100 paragraphs to improve DDPS. |

Stop acting like if someone did something horrible to you, and apologized, you would accept them instantly.
If he was had to resign, due to the Director, that says something.
You can't just walk around, hurting people a lot, and then say
"oh im sorry", expect instant forgiveness, and friendship.

So what if he has apologised, you don't get what is happening among the (HR)s don't try to be smart and act that you know what is happening, I will screenshot the Conversation and post it up sometime, and I will see what does everyone have to say, for now, think what you want and say what you want, if you want to hate me, go ahead. The Director denied your process as an Instructor, I have tried my best to write out a letter and keep your position, I am writing out plans and sharing it to the (HR)s as well, but sadly, I got shot by an arrow ( words ) even before I do so, @TheStarGurdianLux, you know why you got demoted from Instructor? It's because the Director says he do not want you as an instructor as you have no experience. I know I have failed to help you, but if you think that is really not my point. So be it.

Jason I think this is one of those times when we have to realise that it is kids who play ROBLOX. It's the kids who go on here trying take on big responsibilities of adults in the real world, in game. After my rant at StarGurdian I learnt that she is a kid and that you can't be so harsh, because again kids play this game. Kids who have real problems socialising etc. Kids who get hurt really easy in game and IRL. Trust me it's annoying, it's what put me off this game the fact that everyone walks around acting like adults. But when you respond in an adult manner they get upset. I'm not saying I am an adult but I'm a lot more mentally mature and aware than others and sometimes that can be harmful to others. Basically, you can't expect kids to devote themselves that much, like you said you wrote 100 paragraphs on how to improve DDPS and he only wrote 3. We have to remember that not every child is able enough to do that much work and I think at times it's hard to remember that not every child has the mental capacity to take so much intiative and think for themselves. Eugene thought 3 paragraphs was what he had to do and that's what he did, but obviously it was never enough. Maybe his mental age may not be high enough for him to meet your expectations, but that's fine because he's still a child and still growing. All I'm saying is you can't expect so much from people here as not everyone has the average mental capacity for their age etc. |
