Why doesn't ROBLOX offer more graphics settings?

I'm probably only complaining about this because my computer is terrible, but I sincerely hope that I can use more than 1 gig of ram in the future. It's ridiculous how ROBLOX limits its performance by capping itself at 1 gig of ram max. I also believe that ROBLOX only runs on one core. (correct me if im wrong)
