Rules
1. Respect the Boss.
2.Listen to your superiors.
3.Do not randomly kill people inside the town unless authorized by a Under Boss+. Anywhere else is fair game.
4.Respect your fellow Cartel members. You will be fighting alongside them and you want to have trust with one another.
5.If you are in the Cartel you are not allowed to be apart of NG. If you do so you will be exiled immediately.
6.Promotions will be given out once you have proven that you are loyal and that you will help El Muerte Cartel
7.If you are inactive you will be exiled
8.Wear western like clothing. Nothing modern like
9.Try not to murder everyone, we want to have some control over ourselves
