When they were releasing Prag was preaching about making UCR the clan to set the example and fix all the cheap tactics and unfair bases used by other clans
When they released, they had a really fair system. It was a 8v15 I think, with 3 capture points and had fun gameplay
Now our fort is a 8v12, almost even numbers, where raiders barely get any advantages with a regular flag system
The clan itself, you might as well call it a powerclan. If you aren't on TS3, guess what, you are going to get dismissed from attending raids or defenses

When Prag made his speech I was hyped to see he wanted to help the clan world grow not just UCR
But with the elitist mindset by many of his members including the 2iC himself shown here, guess not
I already expect UCR to die in a couple months when the tryhard members get bored of the clan and there are no new people brought into UCR from out of C&G to replace them |

an elitist mindset is something clans like VAK impose, you've failed to provide an actual point that directs towards the fact UCR has an elitist mindset.
ORIION started at an 18 v 7 and was later adjusted to 12 v 8, you've also failed to give me a reason on why the base is unfair. |

we spawn closer to vents when you dont have the middle island spawn point (so we get closer initially to set up in term) because you have the number advantage.
in short: capture the middle island point and you'll have a 50/50 chance of spawning there (theres 2 boats | ucr doesnt care about the point btw) and you can get to vents quicker.
the only way to win there is to stack terminal, if you can take it over you really win. if raiders get it they'll pretty much auto win since they have a +4 advantage

I hate that.
Also the fort is pretty damned fair, almost perfectly even. When IE warred UCR back in the johnoscar owned it, it was extremely easy to win and it was almost the same exact setup.

Keep it up and keep excluding regular members and see where your clan ends up in a few months
UCR has a lot of potential and it still does but keep up on following other clans (because if they should be a scum, so should you apparently) and UCR will die out |

I did too, and that was the main reason I joined too but the mindset that THE SECOND IN COMMAND has, it doesn't seem like it will
And sure you can have fun with the community on TS3 but that is only a small portion of the group and there are more members that don't have TS3 that aren't allowed to be in any raids or defenses because they aren't good enough
Like, if UCR wants to be tryhard powerclan as it is doing now, might as well stop recruitment and exile all but 100 members lol |

No, at the rally they dismissed those who raided regularly (except the host and a few officers of course)

yes because in the opening week we wanted TBS to become a cohesive unit, it's common sense. we allowed selected UCR members to participate aswell as raiding with UCR members whilst TBS focused on other targets. |

ts3 is there for a reason, it is to provide communication during fights.
they are 100% capable of getting on the ts3 and are completely welcome [2]

Many members are young and their parents don't let them download TS3 especially to talk to socially awkward teenagers
That is still called an elitist mindset, not letting the average member participate |
