MAJOR GAME ISSUE

Whenever I try to play a game it completely loads but the loading screen is overlayed with the gameplay screen so I can't see anything, and my cursor duplicates a ton of times and makes a trail of cursors every time I move my mouse across the screen.. I have a terrible computer so I originally thought it may be the poor quality of my graphics card in my computer but studio works for me no problem whatsoever.. Could anybody help me resolve this issue? I don't know how to uninstall roblox on google chrome. Hoping this gets fixed by Thursday (tomorrow)

I actually had this same issue and it's not even your PC/Laptops fault, I literally had to factory reset my laptop to fix it, but my other games ran fine except for any ROBLOX game I tried to play. - Uninstalling ROBLOX will do nothing, tried but failed. - Tried to clean my computer out but it also didn't work. Unfortunately the only thing I can suggest is to factory reset, even though that most likely won't be an option for you.
