So it works on mobile but not on your PC? If re-installing the client doesn't work, it may be a problem with your anti virus or firewall.

Did you do anything before this happened? Try resetting your router.

well i when i joined a game my computer restarted for me because errors then after that i joined a game and bamn that happened

Sounds like a weird issue, considering reinstalling didn't work.
Is it in one specific game or group of games? Or have you tested among multiple games. -- Just making sure you aren't banned or anything.

And that link didn't help? Strange, is what level of PC do you have? As in, like basic, or expensive?
