Change the noob appearance.

Make it look like nothing when it first joins. Then, give it the option to chose its own Hat, Shirt, Pants, etc. But it can only have one item out of each category for free. And don't give it any packages.

I vote making them typical noob appearance. That way, instead of having to play "defend the base against noobs", all games will already be like that.
