Brothers and Sisters of Vividaria, I am here before you today, to inform you all that we'll be engaging in a war. Our first war since the rebirth of the Order! We've waited to regain some of our former power before engaging in such activities as well as finding a suitable opponent that is worthy of our time and effort. Our target will be Frostguard, they've proven to be a respectable clan that we wish to engage in a friendly conflict with. We've discussed negotations with them and they went smoothly. Starting Saturday December 17, 2016 the war will begin. Each clan will be given one practice raid attempt Friday December 16, 2016. I have faith in both sides for this to be a fun and fair war. May the best clan win!

First to 15 raid wins
No allies
All exploited raids will be null
AA is null
No Updates allowed to bases unless agreed upon by both sides
Refusal to defend apt ammount of numbers will result in a win for the other side
Updates to Cosmic
-Enough cover at nam for raiders to actually push through
Raid times
After 4 PST/ 7 est through the week, 12 PST and 3 EST weekends(times can change, if need be)
