It will stay the same birthday as the old birthday until your old birthday passes by a second time. Once it passes by a second time, THEN it will change to the new birthday, to prevent exploitation.

No, it really isn't.

There is simply no point. The hat will just be useless anyway since it will be a free hat that TONS and TONS of users will have.
Users already get badges on their birthday.
Also, David Baszuvcki said in the tix blog post that one of the reasons for removng tickets was because ROBLOX is not about currency or getting rewards simply for logging in.

Well, you didn't need to brag about your math (which by the way, at least 75% of those accounts are inactive). After all, I already said that R$100 wouldn't be the best idea, and maybe the user could pick out a hat? I'm not sure but you could at least try to be polite when proving your point.

Why? Here are the reasons:
1. Will cause too much inflation
2. Roblox will be hosting only one server, which is that they cannot handle those many less than 200M players.
3. More bots and alts
4. People will no longer buy builders club
5. Will abuse the economy of roblox
6. Roblox will be shut down
If they are being abused, then the economy will not be here. Please read the blog post there at the FAQ about getting robux. There a lot of ways to earn robux, please also read the help section. It is not going to happen.
