Today 12/17/16 Board of Director and other High Ranking members voted 86% yes 14% no on this new rank.
Since this rank is now going to be finalized I will inform you about Requirements on weather you can run or not and what this ranks jobs will be.
REQUIREMENTS:
Clean background for a month. [No major suspensions]
Willing to do work.
Has been in S.N.W. Over 5 months.
Is Active.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
President of Talent Relations is not an easy job as you will be in charge of 2-3 meetings per week between the HR's and the LR's. This job takes loads of work and if you are not willing to do this work do not apply to run. All High Ranks Director of Operations down (with the exception of Suspended) are eligible to run if you meet these requirements. This is similar to a Presidential Election as all of you will be voting on who you think BEST benefits you the most. President OTR needs mandatory Meetings between HR's and LR' no Exceptions. The Purpose of President OTR is to combine what Low Ranks want and add this into High Rank meetings so the Low Ranks get chances of what is needed and share it with people who can do those things. President OTR will have 7 month runs and can re run as many times as they please.
HOW TO APPLY:
As said above this job takes a lot of work. To prove you will work you must one list your name below then two make a 2 paragraph forum and send the link to COO [Chief Operating Officer] Karol [KM Punk] This Processes is required. Please write the 2 paragraph forum on why you should be President OTR. Four will be accepted and Eligible to run.
VICE PRESIDENT OTR:
Now we need a Vice President of Talent and Relations in case something is to happen during the 7 month term. The Vice President will be up to whoever is running it can be anyone they want.
VOTING RULES:
To vote for President OTR ignore who your friends are if they are true friends they will accept the fact that you might think someone else is better for the job. Select who YOU want to represent keep in mind this is YOUR future. Also please attend a many rally's as you can.
Running will start once your Approved. To use the S.N.W. Meeting Center simply ask KM Punk. Once your confirmed to run start and be smart.
We will be starting very soon so submit your forum ASAP!

As the assistant GM with a 10 day contract it has come to me that i should do something good so i am writing this essay to run for president and if he says sure then i will run as VP and Run With James. So KM This Is My Essay

What Makes A good show.. Yes The Superstars and of course the fans but who provides the superstars that provides the show who provides entertainment to the fans, that person Is The President Of Talent And Relations Which Should Be Jack Steiner. I Started Watching Wrestling In 2003 When At Wrestle Mania The rock Fought The Man Hulk Hogan. I loved That Match And all i really heard was cheering fans And That Night I Figured out i have a Love For Wrestling and I Have Gotten Superstars For Many Ro- Wrestling Promotions And Saturday Night Wrestling Is Where I can make a difference In This Place.

I, Jackson Roode, have decided to run for President of Talent Relations! My Vice President has as already been chosen and i will announce who he is later.
What makes S.N.W. a wresting fed? It isn't The high ranks, The arenas, the meetings, No it's none of that! It's the wrestlers!
They are what makes S.N.W. what we are today! Without the wrestlers S.N.W. wouldnt have 387 and counting members. S.N.W if one of the
best in my eyes. If S.N.W. wants to grow more, We will have to bring high ranks and low ranks together and make their plans together. My number one
priority as President of Talent Relations will be to bring all high ranks and low ranks together.
I have been in S.N.W for two pushing on three years now. I Have been a royal rumble winner, Mr. MITB, and held multiple championships. I
would love for many others to have a shot at accomplishing that. Seeing others accomplish what I have through my career would be a dream come true.
I will make sure to have high watch to see who they think would deserve it and they can put them in matches to see if they can handle
it. Being the President of Talent Relations and making a change within S.N.W. would be amazing because in my eyes it will give more wrestlers
a chance! Thank you.

Well for one I got a background of being a former board of director and people know how I host. So in case you don't know I shall explain how I will make S.N.W. great for this Christmas. Also I will try my best to answer questions as soon as I can. Taco Hardy will also help the rednecks celebrate Christmas this year. I am not inactive but when I go on vacation that is when things go crazy. But other than that I can show you how good I would be as President of town relations with my good skills. Also I help out a lot when people or hosts go afk and finish there matches. I don't screw people unless the chairman or CEO tells me to. Also I am a janitor for S.N.W. and made the arenas CLEAN again. Pun not intended, VOTE ME TODAY for S.N.W. opportunities in the future. I sacrifice my job for a living and sometimes become a comedian that no one likes aka Trolling. Please don't mind that at all when or if I take charge of this position.
