I just have a concern about the changing of a username that has annoyed me. Just the fact that I would have to pay $12.50 (1000 Robux = 12.50. I did the math) to change my username seems a little money hungry. I first created my account in 2008 and have changed much over the time. I'm older now and have decided on a permanent online nickname. Me and my best friend have a username pair that we use for almost everything. His is the xXTheSoullessXx for Steam, Origin, and many other games, and mine is xXTheHeartlessXx, and for a while I didn't play Roblox so I am kind stuck with Killerwilson2404 now. What a lot of other games do which I think is a great idea, is offer one free name change. I think I speak for many people that having to pay 12.50 just for a name change is very inconvenient. The current username change policy should be changed to something a little more fair and user friendly. There are a lot of other things I could spend $12.50 on, and changing my username on something that is aesthetic for a game is not worth that money. |

What makes you think your post would suddenly get an immense amount of support over the hundreds or maybe thousands of other threads about this?
Again, it's not gonna happen. I saw better threads than this one that got shot right down. |

What stranger things have happened? Just about all of my almost 5K posts, though not a lot to have, are in the S&I. I'm very familiar with what gets accepted and what doesn't. This doesn't get accepted, ever. People have tried, ROBLOX has clearly seen, and nothing is happening. |

I wasn't referring to just Roblox strange things happening. Nobody can see the future, so there's no way to tell. And even if this doesn't happen and this is just a few minutes of wasted time, it doesn't hurt to try. Honestly I don't really care. I'm at least going to try instead of giving up like you apparently have. |

This is what I was asking! Why isn't ROBLOX fixing anything?! I don't understand, we don't ask much. I personally would look at the positives...such as:
-Many OTHER people have NO robux and they can't even get a decent outfit from the catalog let alone change their USERNAME. So you got quite lucky.
-Someone may say "Hey!I remember him, his name is so cool." it may not be likely...but your name is unique so people who meet you in games will likely remember you.
-K, I wanted to change my name, but I couldn't because I spent all my robux and we only get 15 a day (Well, BC members) so we're kind of in the same boat. |

Okay, well that brings me to what I said in a previous post. If you aren't supporting this idea and instead are just being negative instead of hopeful, please just go. I believe that maybe it can happen, you don't have to, but don't hate on other people for what they think.

Seriously though, this isn't happening. ROBLOX make profit from people buying usernames and all the good names would be taken if they did this. |
