Hello Ladies and Gentlemen, Lately things have been very stressful, with the constant urge to create new technology while passengers have constantly been requesting cruises and different innovative experiences. However, it has gotten to the point where we cannot physically do both. Multiple milestones are coming up, including our 2nd year anniversary on December 21st. Because of this stress, we are going to be closing our doors until January 13th, where our first cruise will commence. We are taking this break in order to expand the customer experience, along with hiring new staff so that we can become better organized. Each and every cruise we have hosted lately has gone into disaster, whether it was an exploiter, lack of staff attendance, or a mixture of both. Some of our staff simply have other things to do, and cannot attend cruises which is also causing a poor experience for our customers. Staff are not being trained appropriately, and without this essential training, customers are being effected by the poor experience. No, this is not about being lazy and not feeling like hosting anymore cruises until the 13th! This is about providing a better customer experience, revamping and re branding BLOXCruises, retraining each and every one of our staff members, hiring our staff members throughout the process, and expanding our technological abilities so that we will be better prepared for you, upon our opening on the 13th. It was a hard decision to close the group for this period of time. Many of you are cruise enthusiasts, and we love that you are constantly excited to participate in our cruises! We have felt like the past month or so, we have been letting you down and we need some time to improve our services. Now, we are not forgetting about our platinum tier passengers. Although there will be no cruises in between this period, we will be offering some Platinum tier meetings where fellow platinum tier's can share their input on the old BLOXCruises, and how they want us to change for the future. If any of you have any concerns about this closure, we really want to hear from you. This is an important and essential time for BLOXCruises to develop, and we cannot do this without you, the customer. It is important that we all not just think about the lack of cruises that will be experienced in the next few weeks, but what is going to come ahead in the new re-branded BLOXCruises. We’re so excited to see each of you in 2017 with a bright and shiny new BLOXCruises that each of you will be impressed, excited, and proud to be part of the BLOXCruises community. I understand why he is doing this. ###### knows what he is doing and he knows whats good for the group. Cruises have been failing so he's gonna fix that in the period of time that ########### is closed. I understand this matter and I hope that the New ########### will be better and more efficient. See. This is why Disney Cruise Line is better than blox. They give people 3 or 4 chances, unlike this cruise line, you fire people for no reason. Need places for new staff? Just fire not active ones, Disney Cruise Line is a better cruise line to have fun, enjoy family time, and to have fun. Blox is all about fun? What about the past 19 exploiters I have on video. What about you yelling at us for no reason. And you won't start doing cruises again till January 13th? You gonna loose about 50% of your members. They will probably join Disney Cruise Line because THIS THURSDAY THE DISNEY DREAM WILL BE LAUNCHED!!! WOOO HOOOO!

I'm sorry to hear you feel that way. Unfortunately, due to those exploiters you mentioned, we have had to become much more strict in enforcing our policies. I regret that it was necessary to send passengers to jail for small offenses, but in the end it gives the rest of the passengers a better cruise experience. If you were in a real cruise, I do not believe there would be people taunting security officers, making the ship explode by altering the fabric of reality (that would be the real life equivalent of exploiting), trying to pass themselves off as higher classes, or calling staff idiots when they don't do exactly what you want when you want. We don't exist to cater to your every desire. We DO, however, exist to give you the most realistic cruise possible, and sometimes that means we have to escort the people who refuse to comply to the nearest BLOXJail.
