If it was leaked by a developer who did not exploit the game to get a copy then nothing can be done and ROBLOX will refuse to do anything for you.
Trust me, I've tried to recover stolen work in the past and ROBLOX has refused to do anything and outright told me that it was my fault that my work was stolen. They will likely tell RoVerse the same.

@Vakh- The scenario is a little different. ROBLOX most likely had nothing to base the authenticity of what you claimed and had very little amount of people backing you up. If an entire community is able to stand behind this dev team and urge ROBLOX to do something about it, they most likely will.
ROBLOX mods are not unreasonable people. |

As I said, you put hope in nothing. You will receive no aid and ROBLOX will blame you for your own loss. I had several pages of detailed information explaining exactly how my version was the original, had the backing of 5 of the 6 developers and I even pointed out specific parts of the build itself that showed that the individual who leaked it did not have permission to leak it, as well as bringing up separate articles and documents that are not affiliated with ROBLOX to prove everything I said.
ROBLOX still did nothing, and they will continue to do nothing. If you manage to get ROBLOX on your side, good for you. I doubt they will do anything, though.

Hold on Roblox might actually help, remember they even played the game themselves and were impressed with it, and from what they said, they want the project to continue, so I'm sure they'll have no problem deleting the copies. |

even if C&G (somehow) did this, the front pagers would still win since ROBLOX would make more of a profit from them, rather than the clan world. ROBLOX would automatically support the profiteers rather than the creators for money and advertising.

Regardless, the leak's still bad.
I'm not saying the leak is a good thing because now it gives scripts everywhere, I'm saying RoVerse developers should have considered open-sourcing it in the first place.
