All FFA applicants including instructors and staff are required to follow these rules and guidelines to ensure proper and effective teachings and learning within the Firestone Fire Academy.
These rules must be followed and abided at all times.

= Participation Requirements =
-Must speak fluent English.
-Must NOT have a criminal record in the State of Firestone.
-At least obtain the rank of Tourist+ in the State of Firestone.
-MUST know the laws of the State of Firestone.
-Know and follow the Rules & Guidelines of ROBLOX.

= Rules =
-Must remain mature and professional at all times
-Must use grammar and punctuation at all times
-Must be wearing the FFA uniform while on campus
-Exceptions to this rule would be hosting a department training.
-May NOT wear hats while on the FFA campus.
-May NOT wear unrealistic hats and faces such as swordpacks.
-May NOT use faces while on the POST campus or while in uniform. Example - :), :(, XD, :D.
-Must know the basic curriculum of FFA.
-Must follow all orders given by Jr. Instructors+.
-May NOT drive vehicles on the FFA campus without Jr. Instructor+ permission.
-Trainees must show respect while at tiers.
-Trainees must refer to Junior Instructors+ by their ranks (i.e. Junior Instructor, Instructor, Head Instructor, and Director)
-All applicants must NOT ask for tiers, they will be hosted at instructors’ discretion.

= Instructor Guidelines =
-All instructors MUST go over full course, and make sure that all applicants understand it and acknowledged it.
-Instructors and Junior Instructors are required to (co)host at least 2 tiers a week
-Instructors are responsible for the trainees at their tier.
-Instructors must be mature always, as expected by applicants.
-Instructors must follow the full course outline, and do what is told to do.
-Instructors must do what they’re told, do not create your own lessons.
-Instructors must refer to the activity requirement, and they must be active with hosting.
-Instructors MAY not promote an applicant until they have fully completed the tier, and that they have understood and acknowledged the course. If they cannot remember, they do not pass, do not mark them.
-Applicants may not be promoted straight to certified. They MUST go through FFA to be certified. This is regardless of any prior experience they may have.

= Graduation Requirements =
-Applicants must complete all tiers and can take an examination if one is required.
-If an examination is required all applicants must complete the examination, with a 100%.
-Applicants do not graduate Firestone Fire Academy unless they get a 100%.
-When an exam is required all applicants must complete the examination on their own, no help from others.
-If applicants are caught cheating they will be: Kicked and blacklisted from the Firestone Fire Academy.
-Applicants must recite the oath either during the graduation or by sending it to the Director via PM if there's a specific reason for not being able to attend graduation.
