Hello, my people. The time has come for me to step down as Emperor of Austria. Now I have put a lot of thought into this, and it is no easy task. I am to busy with school, and frankly I believe it is time for a leadership change. Franz II, the Archduke, will be taking over as Emperor. I hope you will all be loyal and active as you were to me.
