I'm laughing at the fact some of you guys didn't bother reading the forum thread, but making your assumption and post what's going on.
Obviously, we know RNW doesn't have a running fort currently. What would it be if we were to blindly declare war on them?
For one, RNW will be given the chance to attain a base with ample time given to them. It's all said in the forum post, that some of you lack reading in.

alright ill give my personal input in on the situation:
honestly reviving clans is usually useless unless you have a specific reason to do so. rnw, being a really historical clan, can be lead but it should be diligently done
look at UCR. Prag revived it and its already on its way to top 10 when it is done with dev lol
