as a teen most professional emotional therapists are jokes
at least the ones available to a fairly low-income family anyhow
better to talk to someone who can relate to you more like someone your own age who has gone through plenty a hardship
basically ep is the perfect therapist as he is a true survivor and is a young strapping lad

i was curious one day and did research on therapy in america after being exposed to the public system in freshman year of HS
my experience was bad
my findings were also bad
oh and i saw
"how can i tell some random internet stranger my stuff"
well that is probably the best way to deal with anything
key words random and stranger
just venting to random people can help with almost anything, as long as it isnt per say illegal i guess
even more so if said random stranger will actually use their own personal experience as a way to relate to you in a meaningful way at the very least or maybe even offer advice driven by experience and not a text book!!

perhaps you're right. some people just never really want to go to a therapist either, no matter how bad it is.
some people just prefer to vent to people on the internet who may never know who they are, or what they look like. but it's better for them because some people because they're so anxious.
sometimes professional therapists do help though, but sometimes they don't. perhaps some have just become so emotionally scarred after talking to so many ruined people and they really can't feel anything anymore.
or they're just doing it for the money. either way it's different for everyone and therapists can't always solve your problems because in the end it depends on you.

seek help immediately. try taking one of those pills that help with anger, otherwise when you're 18 move out of the house.
