I do not agree Dmoney. I think you can have both a top fighting force and a great community if the leader/high command are able to give both areas enough attention.
CSP has not done this and has focused more on the fighting side to the group, hence why they can't find much to do in clans anymore. |

To be fair, Dmoney is right. In my time in CSP, the entire group was focused on CSOC's raiding after the RAT war. We were so focused on our elite division that the main group itself was more of a list of substitutes for us. The main group really only gets action when there is a war going on, then we would involve them in some raids. We rarely had trainings and our only events were raids, and we never really established a structure and gave people expectations to live up to. |
