Apexian, I did the same thing and all of the people he has that have their old pics in his and not in mine saw their pics and said they didn't want to be in an album.
That said, I kindly took them out as soon as asked.
He is violating their rights to privacy, as well as their wishes.
Probably many laws as well, soooo.
