RCL Rebooting Act of 2016
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1:
The Act shall be known as the RCL Act for a short title.
SECTION 2:
a. Some RCL groups shall be abolished or rebooted.
b. More efficient groups will replace the ones abolished with more benefits to the department, or they won't be replaced if they aren't as useful.
c. Tryouts will be made more often and more organized in order for them to actually get members in.
SECTION 3:
The members of the RCL groups that get abolished will either join the rebooted ones or they will be given another position within the department. |
