Commencement of the War: January 7th, 2017.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬[//Base Updates & Fairness\\]▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
● Defenses do not count as an official win.
● Any updates to the base must be negotiated first to the opposing side, before doing the action upon agreement; otherwise, base updates without notification is considered a violation of the terms
● Raids may not last longer than an hour at both parties bases.
● In the event that either side has an unfair base, a summit may be proposed. Failure to comply will result in the other side to make changes to the base to equal the opposing side fairness.
● All base rules must be followed and abide by or it violates the war terms.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬[//Allies\\]▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
● Allies are allowed in the war. Additional allies after the start of the war are a violation of war terms.
● If allies wish to raid offensively, raid wins will count as half [0.5] a point.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬[//Battle of the Elite's\\]▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
● A total of three battles will be produced, hosted by a third-party affai######affiliated by the war. Winner has bragging rights, not win the war.
● Each battle must be live-streamed to prove the legitimacy of the match, that is being watched by the grand majority of the community.
● Commentator's of each battle must not be bias to either clan by any means.
● Any form of rules broken within the battle can omit an individual being kick/ban by the third-party host. If prior evidence shows validation of unfair admin use, a negotiated battle by date and time may commence by either director of elite's.

● First to 25 Offensive Victories
● All official Offensive Victories must be kept in an album to keep organized record of all wins of your side. Any form of duplication, will invalidate the raid photo/video of an official count.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬[//Violation of War Terms\\]▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
● By any means either party violates the war terms, it can be susceptible by requested War Summit, if not easily agreed upon by either Head of Foreign Affairs.
● All factual evidence of wrongdoings that violate the terms of war must be kept on either party side for future summit, if permitted.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬[//Usage of Admin\\]▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
● Admin abuse during a raid will not be tolerable, and will omit an offensive victory to the opposing side. Commands that are allowed are :h and :m (use to an extent)
● Official raid leader's may request to see the logs; however, temporary admin must be removed from person requesting five minutes after it's being given.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬[//War Communication\\]▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
● Renegotiation of War Terms are done through an agreed date and time of a summit.
● If a summit or negotiation is needed, and the opposing side does not respond within a week timing of full open clearance posted, a tie will occur.
● In order to keep fair sanity in the War Communications, all Head of Foreign Affairs from every party in the war must have one chat-room created to discuss anything regarding the war-related. At a maximum of three from each party.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬[//Draw's\\]▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
● March 1st, 2017 at 12 AM EST is the official day the war is declared a draw, if neither party has met the offensive raid limit reach.
● If RNW decides to memorialize the group in peace, and shown prior notification of action, the war will immediately end in a draw.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬[//Suggested War Terms\\]▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
● Official raids may occur on week-days (Monday-Friday) between the hours of 4 PM EST to 9 PM EST.
● Official raids may occur on weekends (Saturday-Sunday) between the hours of 11 AM EST to 9 PM EST.
