In the course of 3 weeks, this was during the time that FoA wanted to war VAK.
Let's take this way back to my interviewing process. May I add in, nothing in here is exaggerated or fake. Some variables like time might be off since it was months ago, but they are not fake. Also, my name at the time was Oeck. I later changed it because 50% of VAKs cant pronounce it. They pronounced it "ooo-k instead of Oh-eck"
Let's start way back with the obby. (Check my badges, I completed it. It's right next to the FoA obby badge). The first stage wasn't hard if you had pen and paper. The rest just took trial and error and repetition. All in all, it took me around 2 hours. I am not good at obbies. One of the last stages, with all of those lasers and spikes and such too me so long, I couldn't believe it. Now, for the almighty vaktovia, I was expecting a hard obstacle course since they wanted to weed out the incompetent.
Alright, after that, I purchased the LVL 1 uniform and went to the recruitment center to wait for an interview. I started to wait at around 2:00 EST Pm. (I had a lot of time on my hands). Scelus arrived, and 5 of us went to wait in line at the offices for an interview. I was the last lined up he interviewed one or two before leaving. Leaving 3 of us to sit there. Out of nowhere, (we were on the visitors team), a VAK member came out of the offices and killed 2 people, not me, and then hid in an open office and left. We told another VAK member but he said don't worry about it.
It's around 3:00 EST Pm, an hour after waiting. Scelus still isn't back. I see a couple people who want an interview lined up outside the office area entrance, and a VAK telling them what to do. I legitimately remember what they were saying, because it was just so silly.
Here's the situation: Someone said something long in chat, no one was looking, and the VAK came over right when the message disappeared.
The VAK member: "What did he said?" - He kept spamming, I'm not kidding, he kept spamming this, over and over. "What did he said?". "I asked a question, answer me."
"What did he said?"
An innocent VAC member: "I wasn't looking at this tab, I didn't see."
VAK Member: "What the hell did he said? Pay attention." Then he started to make it a bigger deal. For five to ten minutes, he was asking them all "What did he said". This was the highlight of my waiting.
It's now around 4:00 EST Pm, Scelus arrives. He interviews the first 2 people in front of me. The last person before me was in the "duelling" team with Scelus for so long, about 30 minutes. During that time I went to go eat pasta. I come back at 4:30 and he comes out of the duelling place and goes straight into his office, closes it, then waits for 30 minutes. He then calls me in.
I cannot remember the exact questions, but here's what I remember most.
Scelus "Hello, Oeck"
Me "Hello Sir." Scelus actually looked pretty reasonable, I liked him.
Scelus "You completed the obstacle course and got the badge, right?"
Me "Yes, it's in my inventory."
Scelus "I can't find it"
Me "Let me check, one moment."
Me "Found it, it's on the first page, second or so line."
Scelus "Oh, I see. You have the FoA badge aswell?"
Me "Yes, I do. I got it awhile back but left out of disappointment" Not really, I just got bored and left it. I joined FoA again for the 3rd time after I left VAC.
Scelus "Alright, let's begin."
Scelus started on a bunch of normal questions, I gave my best answers.
We moved into the duelling area, but instead of sparring with Scelus, I was sparring with some other VAK.
He 5-2'd me, I got him down below half health each time. I said: "Where I lack in skill, I excel in other categories" or some edgy teacher's pet crap.
I don't remember what happened after that, but Scelus accepted me. This is around 5:30 EST Pm. I waited a bit, like a half hour, after the duel.
Tl;Dr, I waited hours to get interviewed and I got in.

It's a weekend, maybe Sunday. I go online, and there's a fort practice. I go.
At first, it was confusing. I was on raiders team with like 2-4 VAKs and a lot of VACs. I kept quiet. I don't have a mic, so I figured my chances of becoming successful in VAK were low, but whatever.
I remember this part very clearly, the raiders were trying to get term. We rushed through main entrance after taking down part of their gate setup. We went to the stairs or something, sworded 2 of us. It was me and another VAK left. We decided to leave the building and get to the bunker and heal up/wait for others. We enter, and get up into the 2nd floor, some guy shoots the VAK down, and I kill him as my teammate dies simultaneously. He pokes me on TS3 saying "Never do that again"
I say "Do what again?"
He says "Heal me, don't focus on the enemy."
Then he said something about me being in VAC/being new.
??????????? Sorry that you're just salty because you died.
So we had back-to-back-to-back-to-back trainings. I got on at around 7:00 EST Am, and I left with a headache from the screaming VAKs at around 12:00 EST Noon. (I am not kidding, I legit had a headache.)
Before I left, we all went into some meeting area because one of the high ranks didn't like our performance teamwork-wise and communication-wise. He talked to us for 30 minutes, and had us repeat all of the on-duty TS3 rules. Waste of my time.
We went back to the fort practice and I asked to leave, and left.
Tl;Dr I got a headache from the TS3 screaming and a VAK got mad at me for killing the enemy. I wasted hours of my day because of VAC.
- END OF DAY 1 -
Everyday, since I had school and activities, I didn't get on until late, and people didn't really host that late. So I just hung out at the Recruitment center for a bit. I attended practices/trainings when I could, I was the perfect VAC.
- END OF WEEKS 2-3 -
This is when I left. I left because I got bored and couldn't handle this garbage.
We had a game night.
We went to some team death match colonial garbage.
One of the VAKs said I "Had the worst speling in VAC" whilst spelling the word spelling wrong. God VAKs are silly.
I left gamenight later on because I didn't care for the event.
I left VAC because I didn't like the members and such. Countless times I wasted hours of my days, countless times I saw VAK members act like 9 year old and not get punish, and countless times did I see high ranks not get punished for insulting VAC members, which is against the codex. "No one is above the law." they say. What a joke. And I'll call someone "dude" and get exiled.
