Menu, Chat, Player List and in-game GUI became really small

In every game I play, the GUI, player list, chat, and menu seem to be zoomed out or something, text is much smaller and I think I pressed something on the keyboard, though nothing I try seems to work. Help would be very much appreciated. Thanks.

Maybe an extension or Third party program that lets you change settings?

Somehow it fixed itself before, but now it's back and happening again. Anyone find a fix yet?
