This is the Elixr Cafe training guide, for hosts and trainers. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Procedure: 1. Reserve a time on Trello so no one else is hosting at that time. If you don't have Trello, search up "Trello" and make an account for it. 2. Do a group shout once the schedule time has arrived. Shout it a format somewhat similar to this: Host: Player1 | Co-host: Player2 | Starting in (?) minutes | Head down to the Training center for a possible promotion! Trainees - Baristas Only! 3. Once the trainees arrive, have to stand on the lines, shoulder to shoulder. 4. As soon as the training started, server lock it, and shout that training has started, and has been slocked. 5. Name yourself "[YourUsername] // [Host, Co-host or Trainer]" 5a. If you are a Trainer, do ":name me [YourUsername] // Trainer - [Number]" 5b. All trainers need an assistant. The assistant will name themselves: [YourUsername] // Shadow - [Assistant to 1,2,3, etc.] 6. Every staff member (except spectators, supervisor and rankers) will give a brief introduction. Starting from Host, Co-host and then Trainers. 6a. In the case of too many staff members 7. Now, using ":m" or ":sm", tell them to say "c7rn" to check if they have safe-chat. If you see someone saying "####", kick them. 8. All Trainers will now proceed behind one of the counters. 9. All Trainees will now proceed to their Trainers. 10. Once everyone is settled, proceed to the training stages. 11. Once everyone is finished, shout that the Training has concluded. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Training Stages: Stage 1: Introductions Stage 2: Serving Stage 3: Trivia Stage 4: Trolling Test ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Rules: 1. Grammar must be used at all times while being trained. Failing to use grammar throughout your training will result in a demotion. 2. Respect your trainer and other employees around you. Failing to show respect towards others will result in a demotion. 3. If you fail your training, please do not argue or cause drama with your trainer, although you may ask why you failed. If you could, just attend another training! 4. Lastly, have fun! This is a learning experience! ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Signed, Lightning - President
