I have one in the works right now and the buyer decided not to end up wanting it about half-way through production so its basically up for grabs, and it could be yours if the price is right. Changes can be made due to different tastes and what not and myself and my fellow developers that are helping occasionally are willing to make these changes. However, the layout of the fort isn't able to be changed very much due to the state of development, however other changes are able to be made. Price is negotiable.
