We redeemed a Roblox card my son received today. We followed the instructions on the back. When he logs into his account, it states he has $10 credit. when he attempts to make a purchase and he chooses "use ###### credit" it asks for the card number and when we put it in, it states it has been redeemed already. I know we put it in the computer, so it is already redeemed, but he hasn't spent the $10 yet. How do we get to the $10? Thanks!

Hello, siir. If a problem like this persists the best option is usually to email Roblox at [email protected]. In the email you should include the date and time of purchasing the card, plus the code on the back of the card itself. Hope this helps!

Hi willieclubber, I'm having a similar problem too, i redeemed a ios itunes card so i have money on my itunes account and i tried doing a builders club/robux purchase but for me it just says transaction could not be completed, this might be due to the christmas traffic as its Christmas.
