These are the procedures for sessions and how sessions are operated/ran.

Here is how our sessions are ran..
[ INTERVIEWING PROCESS ] :
For interviews, the host will shout that a session is being hosted. Once they shout it, customers may join the interview centre and take a seat. The customers are expected to be quiet and respectful towards the host. The server will now stay open for 10 to 15 minutes to allow customers to come in and fill up. After that, it will be locked, meaning you can no longer join. After the server is locked, the host will go over the rules and expectations of that session.
Now, the host will allow helpers to begin interviewing. They choose people by random. After the interviewers are interviewing, if the interviewee passes then they wait in a room in the back until interviews are over so we can add them to a Trello Card at the end, or an HR can rank them immediately
[ TRAINING PROCESS ] :
For trainings, the host will shout that the trainings are being hosted. The LRs will have 10-15 minutes to come in and fill up. They will be able to slock the server after the time is over. After this, the host will go over the rules of training and they will answer any questions that they trainees have after the rules are over. Now, they will bring the employees over to the second building, and they will get behind counters. The helpers will ask them to serve them something and ask them to get them something. If they get 4/5 of the orders correct, they will pass the trainings and get promoted. Than they will go back to the other building to receive a promotion, if they failed, they will be told why they failed, and will be dismissed from there.
