for a while now we have been stuck with the same three color kabutos, red, brown and black. surely I am not the only one who would like to see a wider variety of helmet colors and accessories such as the maedate added to the hats gui, if you agree with me, please sign this and hopefully in the future we will have what we want.

They are Gekokujo (mount and blade warband modification) model imports of custom meshes. Albeit that mod has very accurate modelling regarding helmets, the variety and colours are rather simplistic at these three colours. Thus sadly, no other helmets can be made; unless one edits the baseline template of the 3D model itself in editing software, and then re-uploads it under a new custom mesh.
