Once you have joined our beloved Imperium, you have already agreed to follow these rules to the letter and understand that not following these laws will lead to your exile from the Imperium. 1. Treating those of authority with respect. All soldiers are equal in the aspect of the amount of respect given to them by their peers and by Officers. Treating anyone with a lack of respect is harmful to the Imperium as a whole and you as a member 2. Listen to your commands issued to you by your Commanding Officer, wither you deem them ridiculous or down right insane; Do as your CO commands. 3. When raiding, defending or sparring, treat not only your comrades with respect but also show respect and valor towards your enemy. 4. Commanding Officers should be properly addressed. Male officers should be addressed as "Sir" and female officers should be addressed as "Ma'am." //////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// [2] Uniforms Uniforms are required to be worn at any Group event. Your uniform is what will help us identify you as a friend rather than a foe on the battle field. And refusal to wear the proper uniform will deduct against you. [X] Initiate/Citizen = Complete Accession course to be promoted! [LOW RANKS] 1. Zealot = Official group member 2. Spectre = Has attended training or showed effort at an event. 3. Vanguard = Soldier 4. Sentinel = Soldier 5. Praetor = Soldier 6. Templar = Soldier, should be more experienced, and have more activity. [MID RANKS] 7. Marauder = Elite soldier. Respectable and strong. 8. Legionnaire = Elite soldier. Respectable and strong. 9. Commando = Elite soldier. Respectable and strong. 10. Inquisitor = Final mid rank, can be tested to be an officer with enough credits. [HIGH RANKS] 11. Officer = First officer rank, can host events. 12. Consul = Senior officer rank and co-department leaders. 13. Admiral = HICOM and department leaders, help make group decisions. 14. General = Second in command. 15. Commander = Leader. Other: 1. Diplomat = Group representative from an allied group. 2. Patron = Rank reserved for veterans and developers. //////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// [4] Credits & Promotions Credits is the foundation of our promotion system and are granted at the end of each event to a chosen few by the Commanding Officer. i.e~ Raids, Defenses and Trainings. Credits are used to promote a Soldier from rank A to rank B after showing valor and that they deserve to be promoted. Examples of how these will be given out: Training =~ 1-10, Raid =~ 2-10, Defense =~ 2-10 Requirements of advancement: 0. [X] Initiate/Citizen = Complete Accession course to be promoted! [LOW RANKS] 1. Zealot = Official group member 2. Lancer = 5 Credits 2. Spectre = 10 Credits 3. Vanguard = 15 Credits 4. Sentinel = 30 Credits 5. Praetor = 45 Credits 6. Templar = 60 Credits [MID RANKS] 7. Marauder = 80 Credits 8. Legionnaire = 100 Credits 9. Commando = 150 Credits 10. Inquisitor = 200 Credits [HIGH RANKS] 11. Officer = Pass an Officer's test 12. Consul = Join a department or be promoted for hosting events. 13. Admiral = Be a department leader or be an adviser to the Commander 14. General = Second in command. 15. Commander = Leader. //////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// [4] Departments The Imperium functions using a department system. Department heads will be appointed by members of the Hi-command. Group members will also have a role in electing department members by giving in their opinion or input on the officer being put to power. If the appointed department head is downed upon then the Commander will be able to temporarily substitute the role(s) until a new department member is appointed by the Hi-command or Chancellor. Department heads will also serve as members of the Hi-command and help make group decisions. Department heads will be able to appoint their Co-heads and group members will give their input, if he is found unfit the the department head should proceed to find a new candidate. Department Roles: External Affairs = Manages alliances and relations with other groups Internal Affairs = Will manage issues inside the group, such as member satisfaction and discipline. Innovation = Takes care of the groups technology and development.
