the concept of UCR and the group itself is a historical item in the clan world and me and my brothers/sisters of RCP will treat it as such
however
we will not war with something that was hyped at beginning but crashed
if UCR wants a war we will have one
but we will not go to war and waste our time, we're trying to grow and expand and continue this ASAP, pointless wars with little activity/raids events etc will not be tolerated
