YOU NEED AT LEAST 3 MR'S OR HR'S
To host a interview on the group page you should make a shout like this "Interviews are being hosted at the interview center by (Your username). Come on down to get a job! Slocking in 15 MINUTES."
After you do that you will need to make a slocking shout. "Interviews | SLOCKED. Sorry if you didn't make it! How about you go on down to the cafe and get a nice (DRINK/PASTRY) to cheer you up!"
The last shout you have to make is the interview over shout. "Interviews | OVER. Sorry if you didn't pass. Good luck next time! Good job to the passers! How about you head on down to cafe for a nice (DRINK/PASTRY).
Those are the shouts you need to do. Once you slock, you need to say:
"Welcome to Smoothie'z interviews! I am (Your username) your host. I also have (The people that are with you) that will be interviewing."
YOU ALSO NEED TO PUT A M AND SAY PTS IS IN EFFECT.
After that you need to say the rules
Displaying respect to your interviewer and everyone else will show what kind of worker you are.
During the interview and at all times you will need to use correct capitalization, spelling, and punctuation.
You will have 40 seconds to answer each question. This shows you can type fast enough to greet the customer at the counter.
You will need to use message for all of that.
Here are the interview questions you will ask the customer:

Q2) What special characteristics do you posses?
Q3)Do you have any prior experience?

Q5) If there was a troller, how would you deal with him/her?
Q6) How often can you be on Smoothie'z?
Q7) What is your goal here at Smoothie'z?
Q8) How will you reach your goal?
