Welcome to Jersey Mike's Host/Hostess Applications. In this forum, you will find the Interview Questions that you need to answer in order to get promoted to Host/Hostess. Copy and paste the questions with your answers and send them to a Board of Director+. Applications can take up to 2-3 days to read depending on how busy the HR is. Please remember to send your application to a Board Of Director+. In the case that you do get the job, here are a few regulations that you should keep in mind that will ensure your success working at Jersey Mike's.
1) Grammar is needed at all times. Failing to use grammar will result in a demotion.
2) The maximum amount of items you can give per person is 4. Exceeding this limit will result in all of your points being revoked.
3) You get promoted based on the amount of points you have.
75 points for Waiter/Waitress
125 points for Senior Waiter/Waitress
350 points for Security Team/Shift Leader
650 points for Shift Manager/Store Manager
