In 1945 Malachi Strickland came to america to become a ordinary potato farmer, Although he realized this job wasn't bringing in Amount of money he wanted. He was also disrespected for being a farmer since he was----- "different" from the rest since he put so much effort into it. People began to think he was a little "off" even though he just wanted to make sure to provide for his family. after the year of 1948 he realized he could create a bigger income, and gain respect at the same time. He then started his own "crime family" in 1949 of April 3rd. Eventually over time he gained allies and respect.

Uniforms aren't too huge at the moment, until we reach 100+, just wear any formal white suit, black suit or green suits. Although if you do not have one please purchase one or ask for funds.

As a Strickland member, we expect you to be mature towards all Family's. As a official member you represent us everywhere you go.

Wear a suit or something formal.
Use grammar.
Come to family events.
Be respectful to all family members.

Promotions can be earned through Training's, War's, Recruiting etc.
{Recruiting}
Only recruit people who are armed with gun passes.
Every 5 recruits can earn you a promotion.
[Demotions]
Demotions can be earned by violating our rules and being disrespectful Towards our Family and allied Family's.
