Hello! This guide is to inform you of your duties for your rank. You are to follow these duties or you may have consequences.

Premium Customer-
The Customers are what keep us running. One of the vitals in all cafe groups. We want them to remember us as a good cafe group.
Trainee-
The job of this role is to learn from their peers. By doing so, we can serve our guests better. You are to fix any mistakes you make and to ask for help whenever you need it.
Junior Barista-
This rank is more experienced in the cafe and the recipes. They can go faster than others at serving customers, but are still learning from their peers.
Senior Barista-
The job of a Senior Barista is to try to perfect their skills in serving customers. They are still learning, and helping lower ranks.
Head Barista-
This is the last role of a Barista. This rank knows all of the recipes and how to properly serve a customer. They can help all lower ranks in achieving promotions.
Assistant In Training-
This rank is to learn from their peers. They are to view what Staff Assistant+ does, so that they can do these roles later in their journey. They will learn to interview and help train other baristas.
Staff Assistant-
This rank is more experienced than Assistant In Training and can help guide Assistant In Training to become a Staff Assistant. They are to help interview and train fellow baristas and to keep watch over the cafe.
Supervising Team-
The Supervising Team is there to watch all baristas and to correct them of any mistakes they have made, therefore, to help them learn. They are there also to help with the exploits, hacks, trolls, etc.
Management Team-
Anyone within the Management Team is there to help any fellow lower ranks in need of help. They know how to better handle bad situations and can make more executive choices in problems that happen at the cafe when it comes to hacks, trolls, exploits, etc.
Administration Team-
A member of the Administration Team is a more experienced manager and can handle more things. They are there to help correct any problems or mistakes found within the cafe or any glitches. They can deal better with bad situations.
The first rank in which is able to host sessions.
Chief Development Team-
This rank is in charge of development for all games of the cafe. They help create new parts and build the cafe and anything we may need.
Chief Administrative Officer-
A Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), is a more experienced member of the Administrative team. They can have a level of detail within explaining things and can help others better understand the cafe.
Chief Executive Officer-
A Chief Executive Officer can host any session and can do staff reforms with permission from the Chairman. The CEO can do what needs to be done, and can make executive decisions when needed. They can control the lower ranks. They also have a level of control, detail, and creativeness for Red Umbrella.
Vice President-
The Vice President is to fill-in for the President in any time that is needed. They can make key executive decisions and to do what is needed. They can do what is best for the group and help out with whatever is needed.
President-
The President is to be very active, and they are also to make key decisions. They help out at the cafe and have a level of admin that can be used at the Hotel. This rank and higher may host debates, staff reform events, and any other event needed.
Co-Owner-
The Co-Owner is to make sure that everything runs smoothly. If the Chairman or Chairwoman were to have to go away or be inactive, the Co-Owner would fill in as the next in command after them. The Co-Owner can make executive decisions in anything that is needed.
Chairwoman-
The Chairwoman shares ownership of Red Umbrella with the Chairman. The Chairwoman can do whatever is needed for the group without permission from the Chairman. No abuse will be tolerated from any rank. This rank is to help keep Red Umbrella steady.
Chairman-
The Chairman is the official owner of Red Umbrella and can claim the group when out in other places. The Chairman is in charge of all ranks and makes sure everything runs up to code. The Chairman may host any session at any time, he may also make executive choices in finalizing anything.
