Hello DPD, today I will be talking to you about a very annoying issue that everyone is annoyed of.
As we saw from last MR training, there were A LOT of inactive Commanders filling the server up. These Commanders don't get active ONLY IF THERE WAS AN MR TRAINING ANNOUNCED. This issue is getting annoying as the server space is only 50. The good Commanders are not getting a chance to join MR trainings since the inactive Commanders are filling up the spot.
What do I mean by "inactive Commanders"?
Inactive Commanders are the Commanders that once they get (MR) Commander, they stop working for DPD. I mean they don't attend trainings nor patrol Harford. Like they don't even try to get HR. But when a MR training is announced, they rush to attend it, thinking they would get HR by being inactive and not working for Docklands.
Why do some inactive Commanders get HR?
Inactive Commanders get (HR) Superintendent since they are probably friends with either the host/co-host of the MR training or with the HRs that are in the MR training.(aka favoritism).
Whats the best solution for this issue?
This issue can be solved by either reforming all the Commanders or increasing the training center space in order to give ALL Commanders a chance. But reforming the Commanders can be the best solution as we can get rid of the inactive Commanders that only wake up at MR trainings.
Say #Support if you agree on reforming the Commanders/increasing the training center space.

I didn't say the people that were picked are inactive but I mean other good Commanders didn't have a chance to join and all the Commanders need to have equal chances. |

This is true, people who is inactive gets to attend in the MR trainings when they aren't even active..
Iam really active, and I couldn't attend in the MR training because it was too many MR's attending, also. Full server.
I've wanted MR Commanders reforms for a while now.

I think we need to add back patrol time, but reset the patrol time every 2 months, any commanders with less than half an hour of patrol time is demoted to colonel. |

Also, the people with body colors should be kicked. You wouldn't see a HR Superintendent with body colors on.. it seems out of place and un-professional. I think anyone with body colors should be Auto-Kicked from the MR training, as they are not going to become a HR. Also, the people who do not look like trainers (No hats, normal face, white skin (NOT BEING RACI$T)) We need to upgrade the training space, and body color people should NOT be there. Safe-chatters should also be kicked. Instead of kicked, I mean banned. They are taking up room, and what is the chance your giving HR to a person with no robux? At least have a uniform that's not body colors. Not hating, just saying they shouldn't get HR. The best people to choose, is people who have the full uniform, you see almost everyday (There active), the people who Co a lot of trainings (Not Favoritism), and the people who look realistic. Again, not hating, just saying that out there. |

There was a lot of in-active Commanders that attended the MR training. I didn't get to go because the servers was full. I was pretty active, I attended trainings, I co-hosted but didn't get to go. For me, that is not F A I R! |

I have a good reason.
Commander reforms won't do nothing. "Inactive Commanders" are active enough to realize the Shout that Commander reforms are coming. The only way this would work if one of the Dev's made is so once you get on the DPD Team in Harford and you're a Commander it records it on a Trello board and when you leave it records that time, too. If they just choose it by who they see that is even worse because someone active can be demoted. There were MR Commander Reforms like a month or two ago and inactive commanders saw the shout and submitted it. ALL they cared about was if you submitted it or not. |

@The That was a something I don't agree with AT ALL. Look, I have safe chat but I still got voted into the Docklands Government, I still got HR in Homeland Security, I still got into Marine Division and other PD subdivisions. So, would you like me to repeat myself or do you want to stop the hate? |
