This motion declares that all enlisted men are to speak using terms unless off duty.
Enlisted men are to speak using capital letters at all times. Unless granted permission, enlisted men can only say the following

An enlisted man may be asked to state terms. This is how the dialogue will appear.
Captain: Corporal, state terms!
Corporal: YES NO CAPTAIN

Captain: Speak!
Corporal: BLUE CAPTAIN

All enlisted men are to be trained terms as part of their basic training. Non commissioned officers, under certain circumstances, may speak out of terms to give orders to lower ranking enlisted men but must still use capital letters when talking. |

You could've kept it as "Sir." like they ACTUALLY do in the Military.
That is traditional and fastens replies from Low Ranks to High Ranks or the other way around. |
