This is the training guide for only Resort Supervisor+ They are the only ranks that can host trainings *IMPORTANT* Only Receptionists in Training may come to training. Any rank below or higher than RIT that wants to be trained will not be trained. You can kick them if they do not leave. This training system is in BETA. Anything that is marked with "." is what you are suppose to say Anything marked with *.* Do not say it. ---------------------------- In the group shout say "[SHOUT] Trainings being hosted at (time) by (Host)! Head on now! Join our discord! Code: Mj89HyH" Once people start to come in please sit them in the waiting area. In the waiting area You need to start greeting the trainees as the host. Say something like'Hello everyone, thank you for attending my training session, we will be starting soon.' Once its time for the trainings to start you :slock the server and then you are bring them into the training area. Say "People who are waiting to be trained, please go to a desk." In the group shout say: "[SHOUT] Trainings Locked! Sorry if you could not make it. Join our discord! Code: Mj89HyH" Greet the trainees again. Then ask them this question. "Do you want to be trained to be Customer Service or Receptionist?" This is for when they pass what rank you will rank them to. *Keep in Mind Customer Service can be Receptionist when there are none on* Mention "Customer Service can be Receptionists when none are on." Explain what customer service does 1. Customer service gives information to guests who do not know what to do. Once you ask take note down who wants to be Customer Service. *People who want Customer Service will still be trained to be a receptionist.* Explain the rules to them. This is the steps to teach the trainees how to use the screen: Everyone please click the monitor, then a screen will come up which will say “Check in” and “Check out”. "Now we are starting the the point system. You have two rounds to prove to me your host you are right for the job." "You must get 2/2 to be ranked up! If you get 1/2 you wont be demoted, but you wont pass. If you have 0/2 you will be demoted." "Round 1. Greetings. HR's are going to come around and act as customers. You are going to greet them. They will be looking for good greetings." then say "begin" once you are ready. After Round 1: "Good job to all the passed! If you failed it was because you took to long to give your greeting and or did not do it properly." "Now, Round 2! Round 2 is the troller round." "HR's will come around and act like trollers. We want to see how you handle trollers" then say "Begin" After Round 2: "Good job to all that passed! If you failed it was because (Why did people fail?)" "We are now done. Everyone who wanted to be a Receptionist please come up and line up infront of this stand. Customer service people please wait at your station." *Once you rank all the Receptionist you need to speak with the customer service people* If anybody failed at the trainings ask them to leave aswell. Keep the server locked. "Customer Service. As Customer Serivce you must know these things" "1. Where is the application center. How do you apply?" "2. Where do you get food, rooms, etc around the resort?" "Thats all you need to know for now. As Customer Service please use the Customer Service desks and when you greet the customer please say: Hello! Welcome to Solanas Resort! What do you need to know?" Promote all the people who wanted to be Customer Service to Customer Service. If anybody else is on the training center please tell them to leave and head back on the resort. In group shout say: "[SHOUT] Trainings over! I am happy to all that passed!
