Hi my son plays Roblox and agreed a trade of items with someone. My sons trade went through but the other persons did not so my son has now given someone items worth nearly 6k of roblox for 120. the other trade was rejected due to error but my son didnt get this info before he did the second trade for his 6k worth of items. Can anyone help with trying to get the original deal to go through or his stuff back? ive tried to contact the other player but no good? Thanks for your time Ryan

Im his father using his account to try and find answers to my question. Is there a way of reversing the trade as i think my son has been conned or is there nothing that can be done thanks ryan

Take a screenshot of the trade for evidence and email info@roblox. They should be able to restore your son's lost items with sufficient evidence.
